Empowering women to create amazing lives
—without bullshit empty promises because I’ve been where you’ve been and can lead you where you want to go.
What do you want most?
What I want most in this world is for women to no longer feel the need to look for validation outside of themselves and instead, be able to affirm and love themselves and not let anything get in the way of their truth, their happiness, and their peace.
But this wasn’t always what I wanted most.
For years, I did everything I was supposed to do. I worked hard, I took care of my home, my family, I tried to be a better mom, a better wife, a better everything. I was determined to do all the things and do them well. And from the outside looking in, I should have been happy.
But on the inside? I was miserable. And on top of that I felt guilty because I did have so much to be grateful for.
I spent 20 years in a career that wasn’t my calling, and it left me in physical pain and exhausted. I spent 15 years in a marriage where I kept trying harder to fix something that wasn’t mine to fix. I lived in a cycle of “If I just do more, if I just do better, if I just try harder… then maybe things will change.”
Guess what? They didn’t.
And while it temporarily distracted me, it never lasted. I was stuck in a never ending cycle of letting everything and everyone around me determine whether I was ok or not. And here’s the truth I had to learn the hard way: It doesn't matter how much you do for others, how hard you work, how many achievements you have, or what status or title you earn, you can’t hustle your way into a true feeling of safety, security, love and belonging. That’s an inside job. And until you stop letting the outside world dictate who you are, how you feel and what you do, you’ll never be free.
It wasn’t until I stopped looking outward for the answers and started doing the real work—asking myself the hard questions, therapy, coaching, and creating a personal connection with my Higher Power and my Higher Self—that everything changed.
I quit the career that was draining me, even though I didn’t know who I was without that part of my identity
I walked away from a marriage that wasn’t aligned. Even though it broke my kids home and heart.
I turned inward, I found little MaryAddison, I got to know her wants and needs. She taught me how to love us and bit by bit, I earned her trust and I promised her I’d never abandon her again—not for social norms, not for someone else’s comfort, not for anyone else's expectations other than what is true and right for us. It’s ride or die for me and little MA.
And now? I’m breaking generational cycles. I’m showing my kids that they don’t have to sacrifice themselves for anyone or anything.
I get to help strong, driven women break free from their cycles of overdoing, over giving, and overthinking so they can finally create the kind of personal and professional fulfillment they’ve been searching for.
It took me over a decade to heal and develop the process that I now help my clients achieve, in a fraction of the time it took me. And that’s what I’m here to do, because I know what it’s like to be stuck. And I also know what it takes to break free.
We always have a choice.
A. Keep doing things the way you’ve always done them—hoping things will change.
B. Make a conscious decision to step into alignment and act differently.
Happiness isn’t found in the hustle of doing more & doing it better, it's found within. You are worthy because you exist. The simple fact that you are alive is all the evidence you need. You deserve to feel so loved because you are. Its time. You’ve suffered long enough. I urge you to choose you.

Who is Life Coach MaryAddison?
-
consult my “Event Coordinator” AKA my Google Calendar to know what I’m supposed to be doing in case I walk into the kitchen and then find myself in the laundry room thinking “what did I come in here for and what am I actually supposed to be doing?!?” “She” is an absolute life savor, lol.
-
A tall glass of lemon water and a minimum of an hour of “me time.” I choose clothes and accessories that represent the vibe I’m feeling for the day, without sacrificing my comfort ;). I pray and meditate. I thank my Creator, Angels and Guides for continuing to support and me through my highest expression of self so I can use my gifts and be of maximum service to others. And I always top it off with “Source, show me just how good it can get. Thank you!”

is that I’m extremely introverted and feel awkward in social situations most of the time. It’s not that I don’t love people, because I do, it’s just that as a highly sensitive person who takes in information - seen and unseen - from all senses, y’all be exhausting your girl, lol.
-
is the fact that I no longer abandon myself, no matter what. And chocolate, I definitely need chocolate.
